• Water is the necessity of our daily life, it is so important for us that we have clean, safe and sanitary water every day. It is an essential component for effective functioning of our body. Approximately 50-70% of our body mass is made up of water, including skin, tissues, cells and the organs. It removes toxins and waste products from the body thereby cleansing it.

Water is required to process all the nutrients from the food we eat and carry the assimilated nutrients to the cells by circulating through the lymphatic system. Lack of water in the body can cause constipation, asthma, allergy, hypertension, migraine and many other health problems.

Every day we lose water through perspiration, urine, breath and bowel movements. Thus, it is important to replenish the body by drinking water and consuming beverages and foods that contain water.

The institute of medicine has determined that the daily adequate intake of water for men is 3 liters and for women, it is 2.2 liters

The right time for drinking water is:

    After Waking up:

Drink one glass of water after waking up to help activate your internal organs. The water will help to remove any toxins before your first meal of the day.

    Before a Meal:

Drink one glass of water 30 minutes prior to taking meal which will help digestion. Remember do not drink before or after the meal as water will dilute the digestive juices. Drink water an hour after the meal to allow the body to absorb the nutrients.

    Before a Bath:

Dink one glass of water before taking a bath to help lower your blood pressure.

    Before Sleep:

Drink one glass of water an hour before bedtime to replenish any fluid loss that can occurring during night.

  • Mineral water contains dissolved minerals which occur naturally in ground water. Many people like drinking this type water for health benefits. Some also like bathing in thermal mineral springs for lessening symptoms of certain disorders. Sodium, Calcium, Magnesium and Potassium are the miner5als usually found in bottle Water.

Sodium helps to regulate the movement of body fluids in & out of body cells. It helps your muscles and heart to relax.

Without magnesium we could not produce energy, our muscles would be in a permanent state of contraction, and we could not adjust the levels of cholesterol produced and released into the blood stream. Magnesium ions regulate over 300 biochemical reactions in the body through their role as enzyme co-factors. They also play a vital role in the reactions that generate and use ATP, the fundamental unit of energy within the body’s cells

⇒Enzyme Activity enabling thousands of bio-chemical processes
⇒Energy Production & ATP the energy storage unit of the body’s cells
⇒DNA & RNA the body’s internal instructions for building proteins and new cells
⇒Mineral Balance necessary to maintain cell life

Calcium is a mineral that is necessary for life. In addition to building bones and keeping them healthy, calcium helps our blood clot, nerves send messages and muscles contract. About 99 percent of the calcium in our bodies is in our bones and teeth. Each day, we lose calcium through our skin, nails, hair, sweat, urine and feces, but our bodies cannot produce new calcium.

Potassium is a very significant body mineral, important to both cellular and electrical functions. It is one of the main blood minerals called "Electrolytes" ( the others are sodium & chloride), which means it carries a tiny electrical charge (Potential).Potassium is the primary positive ion (Cation) found within the cell, where 98 % of the 120 grams of potassium contained in the body is found. Potassium maintains the electrolyte balance in your body's cells

  • Quality control is the core department of our organization, in which monitor and testing facility is available for bottles drinking water. This department has two laboratories one is chemical lab and another is microbiological lab both are full of latest equipment with professional team. These labs working to monitor the quality at every step of purification process i.e. from raw water to finished product.

We check the microbiological parameters and after every batch production, the physicochemical parameters have been checked. Grab sampling technique has been adopted for the testing of 36 physicochemical and 6 microbiological parameters.
